Obv something small and menial such as a selfie change isn't really hurting anyone, but the point the video is makeing is that the ai images will never have the same value as actual art. You can use it if you want but you have to remember the caveat that it will always just be worse than a regular piece of artwork.
Like think about this, have you really ever listened to Ai music, or read an Ai book or watched an Ai movie? Ofc not because they have no value.
