Yes, he was a founder of OpenAI, and his own company is using deep learning AI in a way that is literally being released to the public as an experiment, right now. Why was he all for AI before Chat GPT got legs, even pushing his own experimental AI onto public roads, EVEN SAYING HE'S GOING TO MAKE A TRUTH AI, then all of a sudden he's against AI? I call bull$hit. He's just clamoring for control for himself. He's pushing a false narrative that 'woke' AI is a thing, even though it's not, just to scare dumb people who get scared easily.
This AI shit is happening no matter what and he's exploiting it more than anyone else, and CEO Sam is as good as anyone to pump the brakes. Elon just wants so badly to be the one with the attention on him for this, to have the control to be the brake pimper himself. He's not in the spotlight on this front and it kills his ego.
