and ALSO this channel is referring to openai charter as something writen independently by an acutal AI engineer, it is planned and organised by a capitalist, SO OBVIOSLY THAT GOAL IS NOT possible, if oyu actually go to any sites for AI related work(most prominetly huggingface) you could se hundred of papers by the engineers who actually tell why this is not posiblee and whhat are the limitations
