I understand what you're saying but I believe you're ultimately wrong... today the idea of an accountant being replaced in 5 or 10 years is far more realistic than a plumber getting replaced. BUT in 50 or 100 years, the cost of a humanoid robot would be FAR CHEAPER and the computational power FAR GREATER that if plumbers still exist in 50-100 years, I would be shocked.
Lamp lighters were made obsolete by modern electricity... in another 50-100 years technology would be far more advanced than it is today. The cost of an AI plumber would be like 1/4 of the price of a human plumber... and the only human plumbers left will be people working on their own plumbing of plumbing for their friends and family.
