Because you don't know how to use it, lol. If you let it do its own thing, it will default to a couple of specific art styles that are popular and that you see everywhere now. If you go out of your way to control and steer it, you can make it replicate *most* art styles at the moment. Using Dall.E through GPT is the easiest way to make that happen. I'd love to give some proper examples, but I can't exactly post images in YouTube comments.
