I agree with you on everything except two.
1) GPT-5 will not be an AGI. Though we might achieve AGI by 24 or 25.
2) AI Superintelligence will be 10000x more intelligent than the most intelligent human on the earth.
Once it is achieved, I think we can achieve Godlike AI like in the next 2 years. The speed of research will be that like nobody has ever imagined.
