Lol no. Elon's just mad because he doesn't run openAI like he wanted to. When they first started he provided some financial backing for them and wanted to take over the company as CEO (which wasn't their business model at the time) He threatened it to take away funding and walk if they didn't and him control... and they told him to go. So old Elon's still salty about that. That's true, btw, Fact check me if you don't believe it.
