Sure, no prob. Easy, peasy. You have to do that to every modern electronic device on the planet and in orbit simultaneously that a self-preserving A.I. could replicate to. Then destroy every device to be sure not a single human will ever power them up again. Humans are so agreeable and get along so well, that should be easy.
