Yeah, current AI is a very fancy parlor trick it seems. A few days ago I asked Grok a very basic question about my old Miata (how many ignition coils does it have) and Grok proceeded to incorrectly explain an ignition system it does not have. I asked the same question for a 2 year older model with identical engine and it described a different but still incorrect system. It's dumb answers showed me there was zero actual thinking going on at all.
