We are all experimentalists. We generate a lot of bullshit (one word at a time) but then we try it out in the real world. Learning occurs when the bullshit hits the giant fan and blows back in our faces. AI lacks that second step. Indeed, whatever bullshit AI will put out into the real world will still blow back into our faces. The AI is shielded in its data centers and doesn't care. THAT is the problem.
