Tell me you don't really use AI without telling me you don't really use AI.
How can you seriously say it doesn't require effort?
I use it a lot for private purposes and it often takes hundreds of runs to create even a single image in the way I imagined it. Creating anything usable without having partial control via controlnet and inpainting is basically impossible.
Do you only write the prompt and use the first output you get or something?
