I only use AI for answering questions. Not like test questions (that would be cheating & I’m an honest man) but more for questions like “How to improve self esteem” or simple things like that. The only reason why I do that is because at least the results are not harming anyone’s jobs & are beneficial without making me too over reliant.
TL;DR I only use AI as a better version of Google
