It's a horrible example, and I'd question this guys authority in the matter given that his example uses strict dietary parameters. AI is famous for making mistakes, and his example is "Hey, this thing will be used to make sure that you avoid triggering your peanut allergy and dying, because you're too lazy to pick stuff out yourself.
Just idiotic.
