@MGRisMid many VAs already had to change studios because they were not okay with all this bs and their treatment.
And I stand by it being easy to rehire people. Because it is.
It’s not like hoyo’s got one intern working on hiring people as well as interacting with their studios…
Yes it legally takes time, as does literally anything else but we’re still not seeing much (if any)movement on their side so I’d say it isn’t in their priority list of interests.
It was dawei himself I believe who said that they’ll be using AI still, didn’t say to what extent and fluffed it up by corpo talk. But seeing the bs they are willing to do, i wouldn’t be surprised.
Hearing VAs talk about being on strike, being unable to meet ends with finances due to their horrid work conditions isn’t really something that would make me give a billion dollar company the benefit of the doubt about treating their employees right.
