Well. If AI can only replace people with actual artistic ability or insightful and meaningful written or spoken words... Then it wouldn't be able to, lol.
But AI (or rather LLMs and Machine Learning technologies) is mostly just proving that it can replace traditional slop, scams, and some interesting scientific numbering crunching of large datasets and complex models.
And most popular streamers that pander to kids, have nothing meaningful to say, only care about view counts, and take literally any sponsor... Fit into the scam/slop bin in my head already.
