No you're missing the point. Logo design is not the most technically challenging design field, it is mostly understanding how branding works and how to practically apply it. AI doesn't really understand things that way unless you hold its pinkie and walk it through A to Z and then clean the mess it makes after. That's the human part that you can't really replace. Some companies might not care but it's liable to copyright infringements, more than any other field really.
