@o.m.s.p9494 stopping it would be basically impossible, if governments were to halt ai production, they can only do so in their country, or try to convince another, and even if every single country has regulations of AI to stop ai production, black markets for Ai will pop up, making Ai still inevitable, plus Ai could be used as weapons, causing only governments to use this. If the governments were to stop AI black markets and prevent them as much as possible, eventually the black market would adapt, not go away, and governments could try even harder, but that could turn into authoritarianism.
