@angryox3102 I'm an artist (for semirealistic to realistic illustrations, similar to a mix of Piotr Jablonski and Peter Mohrbacher) AND I use AI to generate references for my art. Though there is a development in some models (for example SD1.5 to SDXL and Pony), AI 'art' is not improving for years. It looks the same in most art communities. And it will not improve in the future as well, because AI is only capable to do the same thing over and over again. It's like copying a copy. Besides it takes hours or days to generate a picture without melting hands and similar visual mistakes. The models are improving, depending how it is trained. But not the AI itself. In 10 years the persons in AI art will have 8 fingers on each hand too. That's because an AI will never understand, how to use hands or what a finger is for. Details in background will be mushy and wrong in the future as it is today. There will always be mistakes like wrong perspective or anatomical issues. There is no need to be frightened or angry, that AI will take over art. Artist just have to go on and make their art. The viewer will always distinct art from AI, or rather will recognize which work was created by an AI and which was not. So don't worry about the future.
