the point of a autonomous weapon is to operate independently. If the weapon is independent, there would be no way to connect to it without physical tampering. there would be, however, a time when the software could be changed. that would be when the program is being put on to the weapon. that would be incredibly difficult, but a successful hack would lead to a swarm of weapons with corrupted code.
