@OutrackAI images are not assembled using preexisting data. The images are generated from noise that is run through several iterations of matrix multiplications. Its a neural network, not a collection of images. The network is trained on the images in the same way your brain is trained after looking at an image. The synsptic weights are adjusted. (actually there is still debate if some weighting is stored in the cell body rather than synaptic weights, but thats just a detail) Yes there are differences between how a human leanrs VS how an AI learns to draw but thats got no bearing on copywrite law.
