That example is telling me that WE, the bystanders, are blocked from improving AI. It's sort of like how the humans behind wikipedia won't change your own bio without a published reference. Not good. There are many humans out there that DO have access to feed the "nodes" yet they are anon and could be completely uneducated in anything but coding. There's a guy posting videos about AI psychosis (keywords) that I recommend. He brings in one of those people I'm referencing.
