As the head of my year, it is TRAGIC that i'm the head of my year. So many bullshitters, and profs are starting to clap back at them because its become outrageous. 35% of the starting total have dropped out. At least 50% of the remaining people SHOULD have dropped out but are just barely being kept away from being denied year passage. We're in our last year of uni (3rd) and i still don't understand how most of these people expect to find work afterwards. I admit i use AI. And i want to kill myself everytime i fall on the "loop of asking ai why it doesn't work". Because when i take a step back, its obvious and i could have fixed it 4 hours ago instead of wasting time with ai. I try to keep my ai usage down to examples of functions and classes i didn't know existed. I really pity profs 5 years from now. If 50% or more of current students are turning in ai homework today, it's going to be 80% in 5 years. And these people WILL luck out into an entry level position, taking it from actual talented and/or passionate peers.
