@thecardboardboxz When you can get a piece as widely liked as that, with or without assistance from AI, then you can have a say on what is and isn't art. I'll say my opinion is if you consider anything made with AI tools to not be art, then it's just as valid to say that a brush created the Mona Lisa and the most famous photos were made by 'a camera'. I've made thousands of AI images and it's clear to me that you don't end up with something that artistic by accident. You tweak and create your own Loras, spend days to weeks refining prompts, trying different transformers to achieve anything of quality. It's not the same skills as painting, sketching, or photography but it's still skill. The gatekeeper lobby trying to shut down AI is misguided desperation of the same ilk that thought photography would end all art. It didn't and neither will AI, talent will be recognized in any medium of expression.
