Nope, what the Ai is doing is the equivalent to using millions of different sources ("cokes") in a highly transformative manner ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformative_use ). The real issue is people pretending to be legitimate artists and selling the raw output and/or generating variations of existing images with the Ai and again presenting them as their own work. Real artists mignt have to record themselves drawing in order to prove authenticity in the future, but the public has to care about it in the first place
