An Ai has no life behind, no past and no future, no body, no accent, no nationality, no voice.
A person can look at an art piece and be genuinely inspired, then simplify or adapt the shapes, the colores, the lighting, etc to their own artstyle and it's all based on the subconcious! You may be inspired by an artist that draws highlights on the hair a certain way and then add another step to make it more appealing to you or to fit.
An Ai has no life or past or an artstyle to truly call their own, they have no real inspiration or feelings.
