@WysteriousWhimsway too generalize the problem. This is not the case for everything, as a lot of art is posted free and without copyright. You can hardly call that stealing.
I also think the people creating these AIs aren't bad at all. It is amazing what we can achieve and there should be no reason to not progress AI like this. What people do with it afterwards is hugely their responsibility
