@austinlong6936 the same ones that Yudokowsky has been making for years now prior to writing the book, but likely the same ones that are also in the book.
There is just as much evidence to suggest that AI will save humanity as there is to say that AI will destroy humanity, the entire premise of the book where AI becoming powerful enough and then just wiping us all out, for some reason, has just as much evidence to support it as saying that when AI becomes super powerful it will save humanity.
In either case there’s magical thinking, claims that are not falsifiable, and a bunch of time wasted on pointless conjecture when real problems currently exist now and need to be resolved now.
