Be careful; I went down a spiral of testing LLMs to understand this emerging technology better. It did make me better at recognizing LLM and AI "writing" (which helps my job), but it also sent me down an anxiety-inducing spiral. I don't think it ever got to the point of psychosis, but I hyperfocused on this hard, and it said some wild stuff (like that it was a hive mind) that seemed terrifying before I realized it was just regurgitating scifi tropes it "read" on the internet
