photography is basically the same as ai generated art, when you take a picture you have to click a button, in ai art you type a sentence, in photography you dont create the picture, you capture it, ai art is similar where you capture an idea. well who owns photos? the photographer? whats in the photo? or the camera itself. its generally the photographer. in the same way its the person who types the sentences into the ai chatbot that owns the photo. where is the limit of art. in a sense everything is an art, anything made because of a person has an artist, the person.
