It's not about optimism. I agree with you artistic writing cannot be emulated by any AI available today.
The reason AI is on the table is because cr@ppy writers are the one's being threatened. These so-called "writers" are like "modern artist" that produces Cr@p art used by money launders and those who want to pay less tax.
