If I lack skill and experience because I'm just starting my job then why would I train an AI to replace me? The people training AI are the most skilled and experienced. If I've been a radiologist for 40 years and I'm retiring and I see the need for skilled radiologists accessible to everyone for almost free that's when I train the AI. I train it to replace the next generation of radiologists because the needs of the next generation of cancer patients outweighs the needs of the medical schools and hospital admins who siphon up all the money from the "human resources" that are the next generation of $300,000 in debt radiologists.
