Also the human mind is not comparable to transformer based generative intelligence, the closest ai will get to the human mind is neural based. ChatGPT and other transformer based generative intelligence models are complex prediction models that use approximation to prewritten data, it is a program however complex, not human intelligence. Programs have to obey copyright law as their success can be directly traced back to the data.
