No, but it feels like an ad for the service he writes.
He delivers a premise, proposes multiple relatable scenarios, by the time he delivers the peak of the story, where you're the most invested, he namedrops an AI writing service.
It's not rage bait, it's more like fear mongering and selling you snake oil.
He's a genius, I'll give him that. I work as a marketing strategist and I gotta say the tactic here is pretty good. It's morally evil, but some times morally good doesn't sell.
