thats stupid if the company loses employee count their evaluation goes down , if you not hiring then you need less people means your not scaling means you may close down soon hence im not going to invest , the AI crux was so they can lay off without the evaluation loss but it didnt work , who's this brain dead guy, would you invest in a company if they were laying off staff , no matter the reason
