@angelsegarra1135 That's one " industrial maintenance technician " heard from. I worked as a paramedic, and our breaks came whenever we weren't on a call. Simple fact of the matter is that most of these kids are going to find work that doesn't have numerous scheduled breaks like their school day does [ institutionalization ] and will instead require that they perform at varying intensity and for undetermined periods of time. And you don't get breaks when a critical system is down until it gets fixed. Please, spare me the condescension.
