It depends if the AI was using other peoples art without their permission. Most AI scrapes the Internet for other peoples art basically stealing it and reusing it. If the AI only uses art that was paid for then there’s nothing wrong with that. But if the AI you used stole other peoples art to make new images, then I would say it’s unethical. I don’t think AI is bad inherently but because they steal peoples art without paying for the commission, that’s the real problem. What this girl is doing is honestly honestly a waste of time. She may poison AI art for a little bit but eventually, they’ll find a way around it. AI is clearly the future because it allows non-artistic people to be able to do stuff like this. I agree with you. It’s cool that you can have a vision for an image and create it even if you don’t have artistic skills.
Honestly, though, if you would just watched her video, you would’ve gotten this answer. She talks about why these AI are bad in her video that you just commented on.
