I, only really partially agree, if at all. The usage of AI in any capacity detaches from the act of intentionally producing something. Sure it might help break up monotonous tasks and might speed things up, but some of those tasks are genuinely important for expression. Why are we trying to speed things up to? Are we trying to reach the end of the universe, or are we trying to experience and to live?
I do agree a little bit, if it helps an AI artist produce real art, then sure, AI-assisted art is fine, but it can't and should never be the goal, because the intention behind art, the skill to develop every single aspect of every single stage of the process is part of what separates the slop from the real art.
