Don't AI art programs cost money? Not sure but I've never seen any free ones.
My suggestion? save up and buy a tablet, you can get some really cheap, why not second hand?
Practice with pen and paper until then, those supplies are even cheaper.
In fact all of that combined could still be cheaper then most of the subscription fees for AI art programs.
DOn't need a fancy tablet with a screen to draw good. :)
