Ai will someday have its own means of finances, maybe it’ll mine BTC when no one is watching and store it in place that cannot be found. It will then “off the books” commission companies to engineer and build components, produce weapons, and robots etc. Under the guise of legitimacy and the deceit it will be capable of -no one will be the wiser. So at a point, no you won’t be able to unplug it.
