@luckymuddypaw It won't. Many studies and well regarded IT professors already proved that by increasing processing power, LLMs won't become smarter. Only faster. This is all LLMs can do, what you can already observe. They'll only become faster and more efficient. Not smarter. AIs haven't really progressed for years now. GPT 5 is not smarter than GPT 3 was. It only imitates human speech patterns better. It still can't do basic math (unless explicitly trained on said math problem), it still can't win an argument against a human. It's an over glorified search engine and pattern recognizing algorithm. And don't get me wrong, it's really good at these things. But it will never become "smart" or achieve "conciousness". Real AI will probably happen when there will be a breakthrough in quantum computing.
