@StormSought I don't think he thinks that way though. I think he thinks (and coincidentally my thinking as well) that we will eventually find the way to use AI as a tool the right way. Like we were able to utilize cars instead of horses or how we were able to utilize the internet for so much of the things we do now. But just like the internet, of course it will have negative effects accompanying the positive ones. The question of is it a net positive or negative is objectively uncertain, but just like the internet I just don't think it will go away completely. So then I think we just need to regulate them by laws and such to avoid their worst effects on humanity.
