It's very unlikely the the military has more advanced AI the, say, ChatGPT-4. It took getting together all the best and brightest AI experts together for a prolonged period of time, massive amounts of training data, and huge amounts of compute power that even military data centers don't really rival. This is much bigger than anything the military has -- and more dangerous.
