@GWT-qt Firstly, AI is developing not in a specific country, but throughout the world, so you can’t stop it.
Secondly, companies will continue to use AI for advertising purposes, preventing real artists from making money, because they don’t care how they get it as long as the result is identical, just as most buyers don’t care who drew a particular advertisement. This only worries people close to art, who are in the minority.
With the advent of digitalization, traditional art hasn't disappeared; it hasn't even diminished, though they've never been able to overcome "fake art." (Yes, this has happened before; I remember the times when CG artists were called defective and protests were held against them. It led to nothing.)
In the protesters now, I see only the same fear, and not the courage to win.
I propose reformatting AI, making it a common tool, changing the way it's used, rather than abandoning it, as that would lead to chaotic development.
I propose controlled development with clearly defined standards, not a white flag made of underwear.
