@Adam-nw1vy You simply can't ban AI. Humanity is in utter denial. The genie was let out of the bottle long ago. Alan Turing warned us. Many warned us since. Eleizer Yudkowski appears to have gone mad to a lay person, and with good reason. There simply is no stopping it now, and anyone saying it could be, or was stopped, is a liar. Remember that. The AI moloch is driven by many factors, first mover advantage, profit motive of corporations, power struggles of nations. There are reasons they call AI, humanity's last invention. We are now living the movie plot of Don't Look Up, AGI then superintelligence, instead of asteroid. Probably by 2030. Certainly, much sooner than anyone thought. Oops.
