I quit going to arena concerts because ticket master has gotten way too greedy with the surcharges. I bought 8 tickets for a show once and they charged me a service charge on each ticket, not per transaction as is semi-reasonable (this was after all, bought online, fully automated). I ended up paying the 20 dollar =/- eight times over on 60.00 tickets! smh
