AI art actively steals from others, fan art or any other art means putting in your own time and effort and you're not directly copying/stealing the art. People are also uncomfortable that their art is being fed to AI without their consent and then people use AI art to claim it as their own art or use it when they should be hiring actual people instead. Don't get me wrong though, AI can be incredibly helpful though but not rlly AI art? I mean, I guess it helps with drawing inspo?
