There is going to be danger either way people are going to use it for good or bad we can’t 100% stop people's actions on what they will do just look at cars. People can use it for good but also bad as a weapon we could try to minimize the danger if we can. However, let’s say USA does regulate AI that doesn’t mean other places outside. The USA are going to play the same rules as USA because the laws are different.
