No, an LLM doesn't try to please you (it doesn't even "know" if you're pleased or not) and it doesn't adjust weights during inference. If you click on the thumbs up button on an answer, it might get into the training data for the next version (as a "see, this is a good answer, more like this pls") but that's it.
