@socbok2616It already happened though. A popular game, Call of Duty, used an actor to do motion capture for a character in the game. Then, they use the same face for another character in another game (I think it's the online PvP version of the game) without permission and ofc, without paying the actor for appearing in a place outside of the initial contract. There's also a problem about studios want to pay actors 1 time for a full scan of the actors in various expressions, probably to be used just like in that game case, so they can use the AI for sequels. Imagine if then the company can sell the AI of the actor to other companies. As long as we don't have clear regulation for AI, this is a possibility, and is gradually happening.
