What did you not see how the ai is judging people's behaviour and giving them a percentage score of how likely they are to break law. This means the ai is predicting people before they steal not when actual theft happens which can be completely wrong estimation.
You will just get too many false alarms increasing your workload, decreasing efficiency, making the cost of work high, driving profit & performance down, causing delays and wasting time.
All such ai work on statistics and statistics are not concrete facts rather numeric assumptions that are not completely accurate or 100% right/true
And since all ai works on samples of data (sampling method) not a complete set of data or all sets like in the census method.
